"We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave. Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. "We were so happy with this hotel. It was clean. So very clean, the best I've seen in a hotel. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was amazing with fresh eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, fruit, pancakes. Everything was fresh. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone. "

"Be aware! Cleaning poor, bugs!! Staff seemed nice but wouldn't refund fully because I didn't give required notice for check out. Had to toss stuff in addition to lost money from bugs!!!!! Hotels.com offered me $50 to replace my thrown out items. Obviously no clue things aren't priced like 1950 anymore! I didn’t spend 1 night, only checked in prior to event. Should have had full refund! I'm never using this site or hotel brand again. "
