"El personal es bueno pero el hotel deja mucho que desear. Para tener un casino es un hotel que deberia tener 2 estrellas, sin desayuno, habitaciones con mala conccion a internet, tv sin youtube. No lo recomiendo"

"Was an awesome room and hotel for our friend gathering in downtown Evansville. Very clean and friendly"

"We were there for 3 nights. After the first night we were away during the day, when we returned the used towels had been removed from our bathroom but nothing else was done. We had to call down for fresh towels when we asked staff if it was necessary to request cleaning service they seemed unsure. The following day, we returned to the room late afternoon and nothing had been cleaned, we asked them to at least make up the bed, which they did (they also replaced the towels). Additionally, the floors throughout the hotel needed mopped and vacuumed badly. If they kept the hotel cleaner it would make a huge difference as this is probably the nicest property in Evansville. Granted, we were there during a busy weekend but they need to step it up in the cleaning department if they want guests to return. "

"Scary to say the least. Before we got into the building there was broken down cars everywhere, old broken furniture in what once was a pool. The room was also scary with stained walls and bathroom, not to mention the homeless that live there! Do NOT book there if you want to live another day. "

"The Non-Smoking room smelled of sweaty feet and stale cigarettes, while the hallway was so full of weed that we had the munchies by the time we made it to our room. The “3” pillows that were on the king size bed would have equaled 1 king size pillow if you stuffed them all in one case. We asked for another pillow and blanket and were denied. The quilt was thinner than the sheets and my wife ended up covering up with the bath towels in the middle of the night. The mattress had more lumps than my wife’s gravy and my back and neck may never recover. The best thing about this hotel was the exit sign I passed on my way out of the parking lot. "

"Newly renovated 4 Th floor REEKED !!! The Property manger was rude , the bed had a disgusting spot on it & the vending machine for Gatorade is sold out which the manager won’t do anything about ! Second & third shift staff were super nice tho sad I will not be returning"
