"Excellent price for being so close to downtown because all hotel hotels are very expensive in Santa Fe."

"I was so excited to stay at this boutique hotel. It was a huge disappointment. The rooms were filthy floors hadn’t been cleaned hair ball la and dust balls all over. Room smelled like a dog. The pictures on the website are so misleading these rooms do not look nearly as nice. They are dark, dingy and desperately in need of maintenance. It looks like some people are residents of the hotel and not the best representation of the hotel. Would never stay here again."

"I liked the layout of the room -it was essentially a suite and it was the cheapest room. Biggest gripe though is the window coverings which are wooden slat blinds which let in way too much light. Also no coffee in the room though there was a coffee station on each floor by the elevator."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is historic, and the preservation is well done. Very clean and comfortable, and they even had ceramic coffee cups in the room, with coffee, of course. The outside balcony and bistro table/ chairs were a surprise, nice for sitting outside of my room in the afternoon. Location was super convenient to everything- the plaza, and museums, shops, Basilica, etc. "

"An Oasis! Beautiful garden property generationally owned and run by a fantastic family! Large, comfortable room that was more apartment than just room. Try to meet Noodle if you get a chance! Best stay of our week long road trip! We will absolutely be back!"
