I reached out several times before the arrival date to no response. No replies on day of arrival until 30 after check in when I finally got a reply and instructions. The shower with the covering on only one panel means a very wet bathroom floor, even with a floor towel."

No washing machine. No extra blankets. Had to contact the person via WhatsApp...
