"We stayed at a one bedroom apartment facing east. This unit was on the 23rd floor and though it was high from the ground the noise of the city was loud. For a moment I felt I was in New York as the near by Atahualpa Stadium was testing the sound for a local concert. The other thing I noticed was that it gets hot in the morning if you don’t lower the window treatments. And one minus was that there is no dryer in the unit. Once the customer service agent from hotels.com managed to get them on the phone. They said they didn’t speak English and after that they never answered the phone again. This place should not even be listed and travelers should stay away. "
