"Le personnel était super, la bulle était très accueillante, moderne et propre. Le seul hic est l'étanchéité de la bulle. Quelques visiteurs non désirés se sont introduits dans la bulle (araignées et bestioles). Il faut s'y attendre en étant dans la forêt. La vue est cependant magnifique, l'accueil et le service sont très bons et la qualité des installations est très bonne."

"Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits et nous sommes parti après la première.
Points faible :
-pas de wifi fonctionnelle
- pas d’acceuil en anglais ,ardue et uniquement espagnol
- Cours extérieur délabré
- pas d’eau chaude
- Pas de savon
- Pas de savon à vaisselle n’y pour la douche
- Pas de café ou thé comme promis
- quartier bruyant

"This was by far the nicest place I've ever stayed, and if I ever have the chance to come back to La Fortuna I would rebook here in a second. The houses are spacious, clean and comfortable. Each feels very separate from the others and the whole property is covered in well maintained plants. With the dense foliage and the nature walk, it feels like you are nestled in the jungle and its such an amazing and unique experience. "The staff was all around fantastic and hospitable. The place was as clean as could be. I did not like finding clean towels sitting on top of dead bugs. The garden, pool, and small trail were absolutely gorgeous!!!! It was a nice view to wake up to."
