"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. The finish and cleanliness are exceptional with the room serviced daily. Despite the size of the apartment, there isn’t a kitchen but plenty of affordable places within a minutes walk. "We really enjoyed our stay here. We were greeted on arrival by Donatella and Giuliano and shown our accommodation. We could not have been more happy with the room and bathroom. There was an area outside in the courtyard for me to wash and dry our cloths. The accommodation was close to the train station which enable us to get the train to Cinque Terre."

"Nice and clean room. Very helpful Francesca had some great travel tips (good restaurants, nice places to visit). The hotel is a bit far away from the train station in a not that interesting area, but you could walk to the ferries to Cinque Terre and there was a bus stop close by where you could catch a bus to Leriche or the train station in La Spezia. "

"The most helpful and kid host and staff. Giovanna went above and beyond communicating and making great suggestions for my stay. The location is excellent, very near the station if you plan to use this as your base station to visit Cinque Terre and surroundings. Restaurants, souvenir stores, pharmacy and supermarkets are very near, within 5-6 minutes from the apartment. Even though the place itself is a bit outdated, the bed and pillows were so comfortable.
