"Beautiful hotel throughout, spacious room. Service at reception and concierge was fabulous. However, waiting staff at the Levante needs better training. Tend to ignore people waiting for tables until they are spoken to. We booked a specific table for dinner, but when we came they had given it to someone else. The same waiter who booked it was there, not a word from him. They also delivered another table’s order to ours . almost blamed us for saying we didn’t order it . There doesn’t seem to be one head waiter, it looked quite chaotic. At breakfast, a waiter showed us to our table and promptly left, without informing us what to do, ie, table service, buffet? No one took our beverage order until we had to catch a waiter’s eye. Breakfast however was very nice indeed with so much variety and very fresh. Beautiful pools, plenty of sun beds, amazing view! "

"The breakfast was healthy. Their parking lot was full, so I had to park the car a paid parking lot."

"The staff were all so friendly and attentive! The hotel was incredibly clean and stylish and well laid out. The detail in the smaller things were great such as the complimentary toiletries packages and the welcome treats due to a birthday celebration. We loved all the different live music performances around the hotel. Having plenty of beds to choose from on the beach and by the pool was great to see - with no ‘bed wars’. Have already recommended this place to a number of friends / family. Thanks METT team for such a lovely trip to Marbella. "
