"Room as expected clean but basic. Perhaps could have been better. Shower over bath no plug if you wanted a bath. Instructions for air conditioning would’ve have been helpful as we couldn’t figure how to turn off the first night. We were not alone. Restaurant good but lacked vegetarian options but staff were helpful only eat there two nights. Breakfast was good. Staff on reception were very helpful to find our way round taxis or buses to get to where we wanted. Spa was excellent and a must...

"We had a room with a terrace and pool access. You could walk out onto the terrace joined to the room and from there walk out to the pool without having to go through the hotel. This is great, except the pool door did not lock on our terrace and the QR to the room did not work. So someone could literally have walked right into our room at any time from the pool.
