"Found the room had a terrible smell, reception claimed it was the cleaning products. Smelled as bad the next day as it did when we arrived. Open Windows did not help at all"

The only 1 thing I would have liked would be to be able to sit outside on the patio. It closes to early. I will definitely be making reservations to stay again."

"The room was dirty when we got there. We ask for clean sheets we waited almost an hour for them. Then we put them on ourselves. The room stunk when we got there so we cleaned it ourselves as much as we could. The only staff member that was helpful was Shelly. She was great."

"I was shocked how did this property passed the Expedia standards for hotels?? There’s no check in counter and the property looks like a run down building. I came to check in and there’s no communication on how to? I called the “hotel’s contact #” but nobody to talk to. Someone texted back to apologize because they have cancelled my booking and I’m getting the refund. It’s already 5pm so I was scrambling to find a hotel on a last minute. Very bad experience! 00/5!!"

"The parts of the property I saw were clean but needed some updates and maintenance. The pool was great but side walls of room and doors need replacement rusty and old. In our room the fridge and microwave need to be replaced. Our room was clean but needs paint and some updates."
