buena ubicacion apto(+ bien estudio) muy basicos

apto 2 llaves, (+ bien tipo estudios),buena ubicacion, buenas vista y playas. personal muy atento , alojamiento muy basico ,mejorable sobre todo en limpieza ,(demasiados aptos-estudios para el nº de camareras contratadas y carga de trabajo;un poco + de personal y una menor carga puede mejorar el servicio ),mejora de las toallas y servicio de lavanderia y uso de productos para el lavado de las mismas ,y limpieza interior de los aptos-estudios;el mantenimiento es mejorable en cuanto al pintado o barnizado exterior e interior de algunos muebles , marcos de ventanas y puertas de madera ,(seria una pena se perdieran por algo tan basico como lijar , pintar o barnizar),revision en la cocina ,de la "corriente" del fregadero para que el agua fluya para donde debe. Un pequeño incremento de platos,vasos, cuberteria e utiles de cocina .Deberian plantearse la posibilidad de instalar sofa-camas como supletorias para pax extras.Mejorar la calidad de imagen y canales en la tv por la recepcion de la antena gral ,(ver posibilidad de parabolica).incorporar un difusor de jabon y champú manual en los cuarto baños (no conlleva un gran gasto y mejora el servicio en cuanto a prestaciones),asi como una esponja nueva y liquido para la vajilla para las nuevas llegadas. otras ideas de publicidad: tarjetas de bienvenida , jabones o peines con el logotipo del establecimiento.En gral lo dicho:relacion precio-calidad ,algo caro, de resto agradable ,buena accesibilidad a la playa y buen ambiente y tranquilo

La ubicacion es inmejorable

Los estudios son pequeños....y el mobiliario algo viejillo .... pero la ubicación es idílica..... super cerca de la playa. Con acceso directo a los lagos del cotillo. Un paraiso para descansar

Great base for a beach holiday

Went here for a family holiday and the location is absolutely fantastic. The hotel is a great base for a beach holiday - not to spend the whole time you are there in your room. If you want to be at the beach most of the time then this is the one for you. The surrounding area is beautiful.

Hotel sulla spiaggia in zona molto tranquilla

L'hotel è davvero sulla spiaggia, la posizione è ottima e tranquilla (quindi no per vita notturna, si per relax). Parcheggio semplice e sempre disponibile. Un po' di manutenzione non guasterebbe. La cucina ha il giusto per potersi arrangiare. Ok microonde bollitore e frigo. Staff gentile. Non che sia stato un problema ma nessuno specifica che ci sono alta e bassa marea e tra le due il mare cambia di circa 2 metri in altezza (ed ogni giorno ad orari diversi). Quindi le foto della spiaggia che vedete sono relative a quando c'è l'alta marea.
