There is no on-site staff to assist in person but they are very responsive through WhatsApp if you have any questions or needs. "I LOVED MY STAY HERE! Remember that the beds don’t have curtains, cause I forgot .. Location was amazing, didn’t take one single uber. It was super safe (finger print scanner for main entrance and rooms). Rooms and hostel were super clean, and they came in every single day to clean.
