Il luogo è fantastico ma il resort è un po’ trascurato. Le camere vecchie e la televisione non ha solo alcuni canali satellitari . Il prato è poco curato. La colazione è buona e così la cena.

Sito eccezionale, ambientazione meravigliosa. Tutto il personale gentilissimo ed efficiente, il direttore sempre presente. Animazione ottima, non invadente, diversa dai soliti canoni, canti e risate con la Gnometto Band professionisti di altissimo livello simpaticissimi. Buffet molto ricco. Unico neo la struttura un po’ datata. Torneremo sicuramente!

Un isola a disposizione

Avevamo prenotato per 2 giorni ma ci siamo rimasti 5 causa emergenza covid... tutto a carico della struttura... emergenza gestita con molta umanità .. il direttore e tutto il suo staff era in prima linea.. ovviamente ci sono state delle tensione a causa dei lunghi tempi dell ats sardegna... ma risolto al meglio... per il resto si ha a disposizione un isola per un solo resort... basta fare qualche passo e si trovano calette e posti fantastici... dove ti capità di essere in solitario in una caletta? Cibo ottimo e ttt ok... unico neo struttura un po datata... ma con tutti i vincoli che hanno essendo in una riserva si puó capire

Cominciamo dalle cose negative: siamo una famiglia di 3 adulti e al nostro arrivo ci è stata consegnata una stanza matrimoniale con un letto aggiunto letteralmente incastrato tra il letto matrimoniale e la finestra. Questo rendeva impossibile salire sui letti se non a carponi. Se si apriva la finestra si rischiava di sbattervi contro poiché era proprio sopra il letto singolo né tantomeno chiudere le tende. Uno dei due comodino era stato quindi tolto perché non entrava e posizionato dentro l'armadio e il reggivaligia era stato spostato sotto la scrivania rendendolo completamente inutile in quanto non si poteva aprire la valigia. Abbiamo immediatamente chiesto un cambio di camera alla reception e ci hanno detto che le stanze family sono da 4 persone in su e ci hanno chiesto con chi avessimo prenotato. Tutto ciò davvero inaccettabile. Questo tipo di camere non dovrebbero essere vendute per 3 adulti. Un vero peccato perché la posizione è fantastica, il mare stupendo ed è un posto adatto a tutte le età e per tutti i gusti, dal relax al divertimento. Ottimo tutto il personale, dagli animatori ai camerieri tutti davvero molto gentili. Una nota di merito in particolare al cameriere Dris che svolge il suo lavoro con amore e ci ha coccolati.

The perfect place to relax

The resort is on a small island without cars. There are some really nice walks around the island. The resort is the perfect place to relax with a nice beach. The dinner buffet was okay and the staff was friendly, albeit some did not speak a lot of English. The only downside was that it was quite noisy at the beach during the day due to a live "radio" which included frequent annoncements, chatter and loud music pretty constantly throughout the day.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit super Wetter. Alle sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr gut! Im Essensraum ist es laut und ein wenig Atmosphäre wie in einer Mensa aber das wussten wir - dafür ist die Qualität des Essens sehr gut. Die Fährüberfahrten sind sehr teuer und leider kommt man abends nicht mehr weg von der Insel. Das Meer ist sehr sauber.

Le personnel très serviable ! L’hotel Très propre et les animations au dessus de toutes attentes rien à voir avec les resorts! Équipe d’animation meilleurs de tous les hôtels que j’en déjà fait! 10/10. Petit bémol l’isolement dû lieux et pas assez de navette pour traverser et visiter les autres îles dernière navette 19h cents dommage ! Sinon il faut y aller c’est un excellent hôtel qui mérite 5 étoiles

Io posto è un paradiso, perfetto per una fuga relax. Punti di forza: location, varietà al ristorante, servizi escursioni semplicemente grandi. Da migliorare: materassi, cambiateli per favore, in Sardegna ci aspetta pesce fresco, più attenzione a separare i cibi ai buffet per soggetti allergici, camere da rimodernare. Comunque riandremo.

Struttura ben integrata nel paesaggio, camere con una porzione di giardino che assicurano la privacy. Bello il mare (soprattutto nelle calette), la cucina, l'animazione serale. Da migliorare la pulizia della sala ristorante e delle camere, il servizio sala e la manutenzione degli infissi.

Meraviglioso soggiorno al Santo Stefano resort

Il personale ci ha accolto e si è occupato di noi con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità, senza far mancare mai il sorriso e il saluto. Il buffet é davvero ricco, pizza, pasticceria e carne molto buoni. Intrattenimento, canti e risate con la Gnometto band, artisti veri. Direttore della struttura sempre presente e attento alle esigenze della clientela. Lo splendido mare ed il paesaggio che incorniciano il Santo Stefano, hanno fatto il resto.

Wonderfull place but the staff...

Posto fantastico per la spiaggia e il mare, grande tranquillità! Raccomandato per chi cerca una vacanza di riposo. Staff non all'altezza, incompetente in ogni circostanza e molto approssimativo, mai attento alle esigenze e alle richieste del cliente. Ci vorrebbe qualche supervisore del mestiere, decisamente più competente.

Paradiso di colori ma non basta!

la location è bellissima su questa isola con piscina naturale. la struttura è sicuramente piacevole, molto verde e ben tenuto. la spiaggia ampia e non soffocante nonostante ci sia molta gente nel resort. potenzialità altissime ma non sfruttate!! ristorazione: complimenti per la vastissima varietà di cibo MA locale estremamente sporco..!!! idem per zona bar vista mare, bellissimo ma nessuno ha mai pulito i tavolini con una spugnetta e i cuscini fanno schifo da quanto sono sporchi.. animazione: piacevole spettacolo con comici di zelig (due in una settimana! )- chitarrata dalle 14 alle 15 (orario pisolino..) spettacolo musicale serale sempre la stessa band della chitarrata. zero musica ad orario aperitivo sia del mattino che del pomeriggio.. insomma molta noia... purtroppo abbiamo beccato una settimana di maestrale quindi molto vento e impossibile andare in spiaggia ma, non è stato fatto nulla per rendere meno noioso il soggiorno agli ospiti.peccato
