"Some staff was great. Some were HORRIBLE. The property is beautiful but they had horrible cleaning issues in elevators and rooms. The worst part was the extremely dangerous stuff they were doing that nearly killed my son. Cables across the water slides nearly took his head off. Ladders across other slides. Management still hasn't called to rectify anything and upper management is currently trying to hide the paper I filled out with the safety issues to tourists. STAY AWAY!"

"Perfect location if you’re bouncing around La Fortuna, the hotel is truly special. Massive breakfast spread, tons of different thermal pools right on property, and huge clean rooms. Can’t recommend this spot enough. Will absolutely stay again next time I’m in La Fortuna"
