"My family and I had a great stay here! JP and his associates welcomed us and made us feel at home. Complimentary breakfast was great and the other meals were delicious. The room itself was great given you are in the jungle, so there was no a/c and typical sugar ants but nothing unexpected. The pool and the views were gorgeous. "We had an excellent experience during our stay. The staff was outstanding, and we would especially like to recognize Gabriella, our server, who was exceptional. She was consistently attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making our visit even more enjoyable.
We also loved the amenities and were impressed by the beautiful views. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future."

"This is definitely a 3 star resort. Nothing about it gives 5 star so please don’t expect it! The staff were sweet and helpful but I’ll tell you to stay here if you would like average over priced American food 😒, WiFi going out every day, an unclean out dated pool, and hard mango’s for a $10 🙄. My family and I spent our last two days at The Spring Resort & Spa at Arenal. It was definitely worth the Money. If you’re looking to enjoy yourself without going out every day this resort is not it....
