amazing service and super cosy room. Everything was perfect from start to finish: warm welcome, cosy room, delicious breakfast. perfect for a romantic weekend and very well located (we came by bus and rented bikes!!!)

Property right on the harbour good for restaurants and bars,very busy and noisy,early morning refuse collection did not help,corridor in hotel dark ,we forgot are door code for the inside door used the intercom for 20 minutes with no reply another guest let us in he to had the same problem earlier

Wonderful time

Amazing staying at this hotel! everything new and clean, beautiful design of the room, great location, charming view of the port, kind staff. Only negative point: on the website it appears 'Free bike rent', while you only have 10% reduction from a local partner.

Great staff & great location

First of all, in Mohammed, they have a superb manager. Nothing was too much trouble and he was superb in every respect. The hotel has been completely renovated and was in 3 star condition facing over the delightful little port of La Flotte. Highly recommended

Terrible experience with really strong smell

We got a code to enter the hotel. When arriving to the room the smell was so strong, from black mold. We couldn't change room, the hotel was unmanned. We got headache, cough and astma symtoms and damp sheets. Since staying on first floor with only a window towards the street it was not possible to have a saft open windown either. We talked to the hotel the morning after that said they had a water leakage and was sorry about the inconvenience and promised to refund. But they didn't. We had to wash the clothes several times after this night.

Hôtel qui ne veux pas annuler une réservation même 2 minutes après avoir réserver. Après tout, vu les commentaires sur Google à propos des odeurs des égouts, on sait peut-être où sont les gros rats.

Emplacement de l'hôtel parfait, au cœur de la station. Chambre très bien rénové, bien isolé phoniquement bien que fenêtre sur rue. Pas de clim dans les chambres mais pas besoin ! un ventilateur est là et il fait très bien l'affaire (la chambre est bien isolé thermiquement aussi). Petit déjeuner très agréable au bar français, rayon de soleil, vue sur le port et sourire des équipes. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très sympathiques. On ne comptait pas revenir dans cet hôtel car on aime bien changé mais là on reviendra !
