"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location. It is small, more like a restaurant with rooms and is very traditional in feel. It takes around 20-25 minutes to walk into the town of Mayenne along the river. Breakfast was good and we had dinner in the restaurant one night which was very good. Staff are polite and helpful. "We loved the hotel. We arrived late but, in the morning, we had a lovely surprise - looking out of our window we saw a very beautiful tranquil setting - the lovely River Selune flowing by the hotel and wildflowers, long grasses, and ancient buildings. The hotel room was clean and spacious, breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very accommodating. We would highly recommend the hotel."

"Conveniently situated for our journey and also for refuelling and a supermarket. Clean, comfortable room and a good shower enabled a peaceful night's sleep. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. A kettle was available on request to make a hot drink. The tasty and filling breakfast was reasonable priced too. We have used this hotel many times and it has never disappointed."

"I had a magical and memorable stay at this beautifully kept and historic Chateau. The Chateau is located around 20 minutes from Mont St. Michele and hours drive from dinan.
