"Starting with the staff they are the BEST they make you feel right at home. Staff is extremely helpful and so friendly not going to lie best hotel staff I've met traveling in the states and europe. The hotel including our room was always so well kept clean. We had their brunch"

"Hotel Nido location is in an excellent location, right by Parque Mexico which has a large section of bougamvilleas, benches and sitting areas; people and dogs playing in a dedicated area. You can go to the park at any time and enjoy the peace trees offer. All around the hotel you get a sense of walking into a beautiful bio with lots of trees and plants. The hotel roof/terrace overlooking the city is pleasant to eat or hung out. Excellent restaurants around. A laundry room was of great convenience. The hotel/apt has the best, helpful, charming people. Supermarket/pharmacy 2 blocks away with delivery option. The kitchen was perfect. Lots of light with large windows and plenty of closet space. I am very fuzzy with mattresses and theirs was quite comfortable. All the staff, available 24/7, were nice, courteous and helpful. Even the guests were polite. The staff went out of their way to fetch a piece of clothing that went down 4 floors to a hard to access area! I highly recommend Hotel Nido."

"It was fine, but it wasn’t all that. The location was great and the bed was comfortable, but overall it felt like an elevated La Quinta. The amenities were pretty underwhelming — they gave us a bag with ear plugs and two Q-tips. Seriously. The shower had soap and shampoo dispensers, but the products weren’t very good, so we ended up buying our own. There was no moisturizer or slippers. There were two bathrobes but they probably would've been too small on a child. There was one washcloth in the bathroom and after we used it, it was never replaced so they were no washcloths at all. We accidentally broke a wine glass and let housekeeping know so nobody would cut themselves and we could get it replaced. The housekeeper seemed appreciative that we let her know, but we ended up having to ask for a second wine glass since the broken one was never replaced. I had initially booked a sweet with an interior balcony view but after looking at it I switched to a suite on the street. The balcony had one uncomfortable chair and a view of nothing. The street suite was a little bit noisier but we liked opening the windows in the morning and seeing the city. The whole experience was very underwhelming and I wouldn’t stay there again."

"This boutique hotel located on a central and tree lined street in La Condesa was perfect. The staff was super attentive and the hotel is modern and clean. Bars and restaurants in the area were also fantastic. We had originally booked another hotel in the area and it was three times as much. So glad we took the chance and booked AR218."

"We loved the location. Right across the street from Parque Mexico. Lots of fun stuff going on there and really beautiful. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within two or three blocks. We stayed in a fourth floor “suite”…totally worth it. Not really that much more than the other rooms. Two separate rooms…Very spacious with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and (!) a washer/dryer that came in handy. Also on the fourth floor is a beautiful roof deck. Lovely sitting out there at night. The breakfast is only so-so but adequate for starting the day. We were there for a very happy week."
