"The cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. There was a blood stain on the bedsheet in our room, and the blanket was torn. The hotel staff today was helpful and brought us another blanket, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the room still made our stay uncomfortable."

"Property is nice and elegant but the AC wasn’t working in part of the hotel. We booked 3 rooms and two of them the AC didn’t work. We were there in June . We asked for two adjoining rooms and they couldn’t accommodate."
