"The property and facilities are amazing (beautiful, confortable and clean). One of the most beautiful hotel I stayed in. However, I think the staff is not very experienced (or understaffed). I was at the patio by myseld during the afternoon and the waitress never came to me (but she did served other tables around) so I had to go to the bar to order my glass of wine. This is very disappointing. Also, there was a miscommunication between the day and night staff at the lobby so they tried to charge...

"We stayed in the cottage Alouette a Brand new converted barn, and for a family of 4 there was ample room. The owner Natalhie was really welcoming and even gave us a tour of the wine cave and an opportunity to sample their produce, a really special stay. Highly recommend."

"Outstanding hotel. Coming from the train, hopped #1 tram to Commerce, 1 block from hotel, which is in the lovely pedestrian zone. Rooms was large, excellent bed & bedding, WC was sleek, nice to have a little fridge & bathrobes. Our "Priviledge" Room also had a Juliet balconey overlooking the walkway. Common rooms have simple elegance (lobby, bar, restaurant). Didn't use the gym, but ironing room was handy! Great area for seeing sights, restaurants & shops. BTW our impressions of this hotel...
