Great location, poolside, lobby. Breakfast and dinner were fine for 4 days; might have become repetitive thereafter. A little petty to charge for pool towels and use of safe.

Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife
Room was spotless and we had a free upgrade on arrival ,which was amazing !!!! Staff were all very friendly and polite .Very attentive too! The hotel itself is amazing ! There’s so much there you don’t need to leave it! All spotlessly clean and very well maintained ! Evening entertainment was excellent ...
