"This place is nice. Some of the workers are really nice and others can use improvement. The food is okay. The room is nice and also cool the rest of the resort is very hot even the restaurants."

"The hotel room was OK.. except 2 days when nobody come to clean,to change towels... The buffet was acceptable....not too much variety..same everyday... For kids...not to many choices. The waterparks...kids club was good. The beach not clean...lots of cigarettes in the sand...rest of food...and a lot of seaweed.....They try to clean but very slow... Compare with other resort the staff was not friendly...not smile....don't ask anything..... Everybody waiting for tips.... Recommend this resort only if you have kids who likes to play in the pool and waterpark! Cleaning can be improved! I don't want to come back here.. I traveled with my husband,2 toddler and parents.. 1 toddler and 2 adults got stomach flu... The room with 2 kids and 2 adults asked everyday for water bottles who supposed to be provided daily."
