Hotel Spa di L'Hospitalet de Llobregat

"Really cute apartment with plenty of space for a few people. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable overall. The couch could use an upgrade, and the pillows could be replaced, and really wish it had a full body mirror, but other than that, we had a nice stay. The elevator was a little scary and wasn't working when we first arrived. It was eventually fixed, but I honestly preferred taking the stairs. Communication was great at the beginning of our stay, and the location was...

"I loved the large indoor hot tub / warm pool! The outdoor pool is obviously cold in October, but beautiful Taxi is going to be necessary with this location, but it is large, spacious, and gorgeous!"

"Not the best location for convenience"

"The hotel was surrounded by many restaurants, Mercadona & metro stations are just walking distance. Good service from the staffs. We had a delayed flight, Hotel staff were very kind to allow us to keep out suitcases in the premises and come back to collect them when we will head to the airport."

"The room was absolutely spotless. It was really good for four travellers. The staff was helpful and friendly and tried to accommodate as best as they can. The only "minor" problem was that Wi-Fi wasn't working in our rooms on the first 2-3 days but this was fixed and I'm sure it doesn't happen often. Another little issue is I wish there something to catch the horizontally sliding doors in the bathroom as once it goes in, it is really hard to pull it out which we unfortunately had to do. Other...

"It was a great experience"

"The reservation was not what I paid for and due to problems that were not under my control, it just ruined my experience of Barcelona."

"Property is great for a family of 5. Is close to the airport and there's a mall 6 min walking. Lobby personnel was very friendly."

"Good place to stay"

"Very nice hotel in every way."

"Checking in is at the hotel across from the building. Once I figure that out everything was smooth sailing. Nice place very clean and quiet."

"It was more like a flat than a hotel. Check in was in one building and had to walk around the corner for the actual room which was annoying with luggage. I would suggest them adding a service to assist guest with that. Also, there was no iron in the room and the hotel states I would have to walking to the next building to get it as they would not. Also something I think they should work on. Overall, the location was good with the train station right outside the door and very easy to get to and...
