"The room was quite big! It was very clean with nice amenities and high quality products (soaps, coffee machine, etc.). The street is bustling and has many nice restaurants, and there is also a tram station nearby. The beach is also nearby. The front desk associates were very helpful and willing to book tour packages and recommend things to do. Elevator was malfunctioning for some time and we had to haul luggage up the stairs, but it was okay."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"The staff are very helpful and friendly. Convenient breakfast if required. Rooms very comfortable and I enjoyed my little balcony. The property was very clean with friendly cleaning ladies in all areas. Even the floor in the bin room in the basement was freshly washed when I put my rubbish bag in there. Merci!"

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "We missed our connecting flight and lost the money for the first night for no fault of our own. We let them know as soon as we found out but they would not credit it. We had to beg for 2 hrs late checkout! That was frustrating.
Location is nice.
They have an arrangement for breakfast at the hotel across the street and the breakfast was the highlight of the one night stay!"
