"They don’t have staff to take luggage upstairs. We were given our own trolley and expected to take the luggage upstairs when asked the front desk said it may take some time. This is severely lacking for a five star property. We found a thank you card left in the room from a previous stay, clearly not meant for us. "Loved our stay at Beacon Suites. Our room was spacious and included real plates, flatware, and nespresso machine and mini dishwasher. Staff were helpful and responsive. Great proximity to Porter square T, supermarket, drugstore and good food."

"Overall good stay and much less expensive than hotels closer to the Samberg Conference Center. EXCELLENT location to the metro line and the free EZ ride bus stop to go all over the Boston area. My only feedback is that the AC in my room seem to have some issue and was puttering on and off constantly and I don't know that the temperature ever dropped below 73 or so. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of different choices to choose from.The hotel is ideally situated just a few train stops from the centre of Boston. "We really enjoyed this hotel. We travel a lot, and the quality and price point were well worth it. LoKation was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The rooms were super clean and well designed so that you could unpack or not, and have easy access to your luggage. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed our two nights there the bar staff was nice as well at the end of the day. It was nice to have a place to drink."
