"It’s a very grand hotel with amazing view of the Sakuajima. Loved the onsen! Great services and a good variety and quality of breakfast. The only thing that bothered me was the thin walls of the room it can get a bit noisy at night, but everything else was good enough to make up for the only problem. The hotel also has nice souvenir shops. "

"In the heart of Canal City and centrally located from Hakata Station and Tenjin as both location can be had in about 15mins walk. Not to mention the subway line is directly infront the hotel and the bus stop is 3 mins walk away. The highlight of the hotel I must admit was the natural Onsen. It truly was instrumental in recovering from the jet lag as well as nursing the daily sore and ache feet.
