"Staying at the Grand Hotel was a privilege, it is a wonderful hotel with warm, kind and friendly staff. The rooms are well appointed with a smart TV, very comfortable beds and a Nespresso machine! The tap water tastes so clean and fresh here. There is daily housekeeping which was respectfully and conveniently timed and done well. "This is a really lovely hotel. You can see it easily if you arrive on the airport light railway and the location is excellent for exploring Bergen. Check in was a little slow, but the staff were very helpful and the hotel looked amazing decorated for christmas. I paid for an upgrade directly with the hotel and had a great Grande View room over the Christmas Market. We had planned to have a quiet drink in the bar the saturday night, but there seemed to be a private event on and we couldnt find...
