"After long trip of Norway in the nutshell from Oslo to Bergen. It was so tired and when we reached Bergen train station, it was raining. The most amazing thing happened that the hotel is just beside the train station, less than a minute walk. The next amazing thing followed that the lovely staff upgraded my room to a brand new family suite. I totally enjoy my two nights stay here."

"Really nice hotel in a convenient location. The staffed worked hard to make a room change to one with a walk-in shower but none were available for the dates we required. The tub has a high side to step over and the tub is slippery. Need a mat or something to prevent slips and falls. The staff is amazing!"

"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."

"The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from Oslo Station, which was very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so it was easy to find a place for dinner. The room was clean, but there were no amenities such as a kettle or coffee provided. Next to the reception there was some bread and other items for sale, but I wasn’t sure how to purchase them since there was no explanation at check-in. In fact, I didn’t receive any information about what facilities were available or...

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."

"Good location, a stone throw away from Oslo Sentral. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of variety. It was a weekend and too many occupants in the hotel, so we were given 50 minutes for the breakfast only, otherwise I could spend two hours eating. The next day we have a early train to catch, the hotel is very considerate to prepare mini buffet breakfast from 430am for the early birds."
