The staff was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure that there was no wait time, the elevator door was open as I walked up, and always had a smile. I don’t speak fluent Japanese and they helped me through every process and questions I had. The rooms were spacious and elegant.

Excellent hotel with excellent amenities the spa and massage chairs or the highlights of the hotel not to mention the wonderful breakfast You might as well have free noodles service after 9:00 p.m.

Sh shops were really close by. It’s a really great location by the SOG temple. There is a lot to see and doing in the area. The hotel is beautiful and we had a view of the pagoda from our window. Not sure which train station is close by though, but the hotel was just awesome free drinks at certain ...
