この度は当ホテルにご宿泊いただき誠にありがとうございました。今回ご提供させていただきました「手織り寿し」とは、寿司の具材だけでなく昔から京都に伝わるおばんざいや薬味、お寿司の概念にとらわれない具材を取り入れた新しいスタイルの手巻き寿司でございます。しかしながら、AKIHIKO様のご期待に沿えなかったことは事実でございますので深く受け止め、今後の課題とさせていただきます。またのお越しを心よりお待ちしております。

룸 컨디션 너무 좋고, 일반적인 호텔 분위기가 아니라 약간 일본식으로 꾸며져서 좋았습니다. 룸 청결하고 마실 수 있는 차와 커피가 있었어요. (물은 없어요) 욕실에 가운도 끈이 아니라 원피스 타입이라 편하더라구요. 저희는 시간이 안 맞아 이용하지 못했지만 2층 라운지에서 간단한 음료를 무료 제공한다고 하더라구요 (무려 일본에서!!!) 다만 방에 커튼이나 블라인드가 없어서 이른 아침부터 눈이 떠져서 그것만 빼면 다 좋았습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절하시구요. 근처에 니시키 시장도 가깝고 역도 가까워서 교토 다시 간다면 또 묵을 의사도 있습니다.

I found the beds to be too firm, but have found that it is common in Japanese hotels.

我們大約下午一時到步。房間準備好就可以提早 check in。職員親切有禮。 房間整潔。環境寧靜。設有自己的 lounge. 地鐵站步行約七分鐘。附近有巴士站能去到清水寺祇等地方。不遠處有很多食肆,每晚我都外出宵夜。但店舖較早關門。 價錢合理。 唯獨是沒有自設的浴場。

清潔で、スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。周辺は静かで部屋でゆっくりすることもでき、チェックアウトの1時間延長(有料)の対応もできました。フリードリンクの種類が豊富で、ちょっとした軽食も食べれるのも良かったです。また、京都に来た際は泊まりたいです。

As soon as we walked in we got a very warm welcome at the reception. The staff was incredibly friendly and offered to help us with our luggage. During our stay we felt very well taken care of. The hotel itself has a modern look but still had a warm feel. Its about 7 to 10 mins walk to the Nishiki market and again 7 to 10 mins to the nearest subway station. Theres snacks and tea/drinks available in the lounge which were free to have. Id definitely recommend staying here, and I'll becoming back myself in the future.

전체적인 분위기는 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 도움이 필요할때마다 친절하게 도와주시고 했습니다. 위치도 좋아서 니시키 시장 및 이동을 할때마다 좋았고, 근처에 백화점도 있어서 위치가 좋은 편입니다. 조식이 조금은 아쉬웠지만, 저녁에 라운지에서 간단한 식음료가 제공이 되어서 좋았습니다. Room 내부 조건은 좋았고, 살짝 아쉬운점은 침대 밑을 조금 더 신경써서 청소를 해주었으면 합니다.

Wow wow wow! Above our expectations! The most enjoyable part of the stay is the free afternoon tea time and lounge hours. They offer many options including the "coolish" drinkable ice cream! That was an ace for our kids and us 🤗 the staff here are so friendly and patient. We in general think that Japanese are not that friendly to visitors, but the hotel staff here were very different. They sure know what customers want. We also enjoyed so much about our room. There are many details impressed us. They offered kids slippers which we have never seen before. The location is super convenient and we can walk to almost anywhere.

The staff members were super helpful and friendly. I need to get a taxi at 5:10am and they reserved one for me. I liked their lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. The room was so clean and beautifully decorated.

the rooms were much larger than any others we stayed at in Japan, very clean and spacious. the location was great for restaurants and close to the Nishiki Market. staff were great, friendly and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kyoto.

房間很大!床很舒服!浴缸也很大!自由行累了可以泡個澡舒緩是件很棒的事情!二樓還有提供點心讓客人不怕肚子餓!超讚!附近也有Lowson跟7-11!離錦市場也超近!整個CP值超高!離烏丸駛也走路約五分鐘!下次有機會會再預定此飯店。👍

A very comfortable hotel with nice decor and touches, such as high quality tea, free drinks in lounge, high quality duvets, etc. The bathroom was fantastic and generous room size. Tons of dining options nearby and walking distance to Gion.

Spacious fresh room and great location
We stayed here for two nights and very happy with our stay. The room was fresh, spacious and tastefully decorated, and the staffs were friendly and helpful. It’s located right by the city center, and we could find many nice cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The water pipe? drainage? sound was rather loud when guests above our room was using shower, but otherwise everything was great! We would gladly stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great, right next to the market and close to a train station. The room was super nice, clean, and amenities were great. A nice perk was having a happy hour.

너무 만족했던 숙소
새로 만들어진 숙소라 네이버에 검색해도 안 나오고 후기도 없고 그래서 한참 고민했는데 (심지어 로드뷰도 호텔이 맞나 싶었음) 결과적으로는 너무 만족스러웠어요 니시키 시장과도 가깝고 교토역이나 다른 데로 가기 위한 버스 정류장이 가까워요 그리고 새로 만든 숙소라 호텔 내부, 침구 모두 깨끗합니다 일본 호텔같지 않게 넓기도하구요 ㅎㅎ 전체적으로 넘 만족스러웠어요 다만 4층에서 묵었는데 밖에 차 소리가 새벽에 좀 크게 느껴졌어요 근데 이건 모든 교토 호텔 다 마찬가지일듯.. (호텔이 다 낮음) 다음에 와도 묵고 싶습니다 ❣️❣️

Attractive, quiet, well located. Terrific service
This is one of the nicest boutique hotels I’ve stayed in. Refreshing, calm, & quiet with modern decor. Located near downtown. Extremely helpful staff — consistently. Best coffee I’ve ever had in a hotel, and available fresh 24/7. They even have a quiet public area to veg in, and offer wine & treats in the afternoon. I definitely would stay there again.
