Hotel Membeli-belah di Kuta

"I always stay at this hotel when I come to Bali. The first time I stayed here was about 6 years ago, and this is my 7th time. It's not too big, but it's just the right size for a solo traveler, and there's a shopping center right in front of it, so it's very convenient. The staff are very cheerful and kind, with lovely smiles. There are no staff members who can speak Japanese, but some staff members will speak to you in broken Japanese, which makes you feel very close to them. When I stayed here...

"The entrance in the front looked shabby, there was construction in progress. Not sure if its part of the hotel or not but it was not the lobby. The lobby was nice after a bamboo canopy. The breakfast spread and staff friendliness was great."

"Great day spa facilities, choice of pools and quiet areas without children. Great location and restaurants were all fantastic with lots of variety of food. Very large busy resort so easy to get looked over so you need to get attention of staff but that is okay. A tour or map of the resort would have been helpful, you were shown your room and that was it. The bed was very very uncomfortable. We only stayed 4 nights and i wouldn't have been able to stay longer. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay "

"去年きた時にスタッフの方々が大変優しく、思い出に残る滞在ができたので二度目の宿泊でした。 周りにショッピングセンターやお店、レストランがたくさんありとても便利です。 ホテル内のプールにバーが付いていて、水の中に椅子が設置されており楽しい経験ができました。 目の前に新しくナイトクラブができたようで心配しましたが、部屋の中は前回と同じく静かでゆっくり休めました。 お湯も熱すぎる温度まで出せて、水量もかなり強いです！ 大きすぎずアットホームな感じもとても好みでした。またぜひ来たいです。"

"Don't choose the double room which is the cheapest room type. It's in their old building , the furnitures are worn out and it's kinda dirty and badly maintained. I was disappointed when I first arrived because this resort got high marks. After I complaint , the reception told me that I can upgrade to the next type (superior) for usd 10 which is their new block. This room is superb and from then on it was an amazing stay!"
