"Sadly this hotel was not of the quality one would expect by the price and advertising. Overall feel was cold and distant…rooms were small and the single beds substantially more narrow than standard single. There were strange “rules” like no outside food or drink (yet there wasn’t even milk provided for in-room coffee), and a €10 if you lose the plastic key card…what? Turns out Breakfast was expensive and be sure to ask if it’s included because the front desk told us when and where but not that...

"Villa was beautiful, private and well designed. My only criticism would be the lack of kitchen utensils and cooking facilities ( no cutlery, plates etc) meaning you had no choice but to eat and drink at the hotel restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. Overpriced though, at 450 euros a night I’d expect at least option to make your own snacks."

"The Charisma hotel is amazing. Beautiful views ocean views from our complimentary upgraded room. The breakfast was amazing and access to the ocean to swim and relax made it one of our top stays. We will definitely return to this beautiful location!"

"A very nice location, friendly staff and great food, but under being a 5 star hotel. The hotel looks dated, with dirty carpet in the rooms, sinks has cracks, elevator to the beach area didn’t work at all. We have to use the stairs 3 levels. Walls has molded on the side. Honestly the beach area and the access to the beach looks abandoned. We are disappointed that this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel on Expedia."

"Posizione ottima a 100 metri dal centro città. Possibilità di parcheggiare accanto all'albergo o nei dintorni secondo la disponibilità dei posti. Per raggiungere la struttura bisogna percorrere strade piuttosto strette. Il titolare è una persona molto disponibile e simpatica e soddisfa ogni necessità. Ottima e varia la colazione. La camera sulla strada è un po' rumorosa per il passaggio di motorini ma al secondo giorno ci si abitua."

"Hotel located in the heart of the old city with access to almost everything. Service and staff were attentive and helped us with an issue immediately. Rooms are small but clean. I recommend you stay in a room with sea view. If you have a car, it is almost impossible to find street parking yet the hotel has their own and they will park it for you"

"The property was beautiful, clean, bright and spacious with a great view from the balcony. Having a kitchenette was a huge bonus for a hotel room. More than anything was the great hospitality from the staff, especially the owner, Orhan who met us late at night, helped us with the luggage and personally took us to the House of Virgin Mary and advised us how best to visit Ephesus. Can’t recommend the property enough and definitely will stay again."

"Gultepe Apartments was a highlight of our trip. The gardens were beautiful and the brothers were so kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and kept us full for hours. It is in walking distance to the beach, a store and a pharmacy. We would definitely book again.
