"The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, modern, and very well maintained. Unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end for us. The food and drinks are very overpriced for what you receive, and the level of hospitality from the staff was disappointing. We experienced very few smiles or greetings, and at times it felt as though we were overlooked simply because we weren’t Turkish. Unfortunately, this was the least welcoming staff we have encountered during our travels in...

"Excellent hotel, in a beautiful area. The staff is extremely accommodating. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Only thing was parking was free but limited."

"Staff were very friendly and organised our travel to the bus station for us. We only stayed one night but wish it could have been longer. Note - there is a lift which will take you down to the sea front, which we hadn't realised, so ended up taking the stairs to the side of the hotel!"

"Posizione ottima a 100 metri dal centro città. Possibilità di parcheggiare accanto all'albergo o nei dintorni secondo la disponibilità dei posti. Per raggiungere la struttura bisogna percorrere strade piuttosto strette. Il titolare è una persona molto disponibile e simpatica e soddisfa ogni necessità. Ottima e varia la colazione. La camera sulla strada è un po' rumorosa per il passaggio di motorini ma al secondo giorno ci si abitua."

"Everything was good but they had very loud music coming from the outside until 11:10 o’clock one night"

"No hicieron la limpieza de mi habitación y cuando, y cuando les dije me dijeron que que quería que hicieran por mi"

"Villa was beautiful, private and well designed. My only criticism would be the lack of kitchen utensils and cooking facilities ( no cutlery, plates etc) meaning you had no choice but to eat and drink at the hotel restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful. Overpriced though, at 450 euros a night I’d expect at least option to make your own snacks."

"The cleaning lady for our room was very good and looked after us very well. Some of the staff in the breakfast room were very helpful."

"Great location, if I have to come back to Kusadasi I would definitely stay there again."

"Bit of an oddity this place - it has a small pool but you can't use the hotel's towels in it. i.e you have to bring or buy your own which I have never before come across. It also says 'direct access to private beach' but it is not their private beach it's an independent one across the street and is quite expensive at 1000 lira. It's a bit like saying you have access to a Rolls-Royce, which you do, if you want to pay for it. With regard to the rooms, the suites are excellent and probably worth...
