"There is a 24 7-11 downstairs. A small grocery store open till 22:00. A pharmacy and a cafe. It's pretty walkable. You can walk to Bui Vien in about 10mins or to Ben Thanh in about 15mins. There is also plenty of cabs and motorbike taxis hanging around the area. The only thing I would say is the pictures should be updated. The pictures you see on the listing are probably about 15 years old. They make it look luxurious but it's not that. It's an average apartment in HCMC. "
