"The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7. The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner. "Great place! I had a spacious, clean and comfortable room. The location was very good, short walk to the beach and very quiet. There is a large yoga space on the top floor with lots of fresh air and natural light. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. But the best part of this hotel is definitely the staff. Every single employee and the owner were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made the stay perfect and I highly recommend this hotel! "

"Friends, This is the 1st Hotel which has exactly same accommodation shown in the Pictures. It is a bit interior in Morjim but Privacy Guaranteed and Morjim Beach is Bang On just 2 Minutes walk from the Cottages. Kremlin the Cafeteria serves very delicious food at affordable price. As you may be aware Food in Goa is costly cos Agriculture isn't practiced in large scale. "Room was clean, AC worked well, comfy bed, and shower works well. Late checkin was easy, and the price offers good value. Only thing you have to keep in mind is the place is right by the main road and so there is a lot of noise, however if you have been in India for a while you will be used to the noise. The fan and AC helps mute it a little. This is an ideal place to stay if you arrive late to airport, and on your way to a Goa beach resort next day. Nothing around, so not ideal for longer stay."

"I loved the property and the fact that it is nearby all the wonderful beaches like Morjim, Mandrem and Arambol. I booked a premium double room which had a pool view. The property is clean, lush green and has great staff.Transport (taxi/two-wheeler) can be arranged at the reception desk within 5 minutes! Breakfast is also tasty and their room service is also quick. I stayed here for 5 days with my parents and it was worth the money I spent."
