"Everyone was sincerely helpful, the room had everything we needed and the spa was great. They also had complimentary a la carte breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea and snack, which was terrific after a day out exploring. Every person we met was really friendly and considerate. "

"Spacious room with high ceilings, carved wooden door, balcony facing the rice fields, tiled flooring kept clean throughout the stay, large bathtub. Electric mosquito repellent provided, 2 bottles of water every day. The breakfast was pretty good and comes with a fruit platter and tea/coffee/juice, and we got the chance to order something different every night from their menu. Free shuttle (with 15-20min notice) to and from Ubud central, which was helpful as the location is some distance away. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Minor inconveniences: not many hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff up, hairdryer was very weak. But overall a wonderful, very affordable stay!"
