"・立地が最高によかった。ホテルとモールが連結してるので、慣れると良かった。空港ホテル間のバスがあり、荷物がある場合にはとても便利だった。 ・北村、景福宮、ミョンドン、イクソンドンなどの観光名所にたくさん行く場合には、少し遠いかもしれない。 ・周りには湖があり、ロッテワールドタワーがとても綺麗に見える。初日から知ってたらもっとよかった。部屋からの景色の眺めもいいが、窓の汚れが少しあるためもったいない。 ・歯磨き粉、歯ブラシはあるにはあるが、有料のため持ってくると良い。 ・スタッフの人は笑顔で、英語でも丁寧に対応してくれるためよかった。バスの予定表もすぐに出してくれた。 ・部屋の中は、清潔で高級感がある。 しかし、部屋の防音性が低いのが1番残念だった。廊下の声が聞こえたり、部屋の中の話し声が聞こえるため、気を使って落ち着かなかった。クラスを上げるとそんなこともないのかもしれない。改善されるならまた利用したい。"
