"The location of the property is the best part about it, being near to all the famous places. The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls."

"This was a lovely boutique heritage renovated hotel, with a lot of charm and character. The staff were so friendly, approachable , accommodating and professional. "One of the worst service I have stayed in this hotel, stay there if you only want to go golden temple don’t expect anything more, staff is very very very rude, good order for breakfast will never reach less than an hour, omelette only can take up to 1 hour or more, iron is in the basement and they don’t allow you to iron in room."
