"This hotel was incredible. After a long day hot day on the motorcycle riding through the alps, it was amazing to arrive at this hotel. The kind lady who I first met instantly made me feel welcome, registered me immediately and even helped me carry my luggage up to my room. The room was very comfortable, spotless and quiet. "Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. "
