"When we arrived they claimed they didn’t have our booking, they then tried to put us in a room that was of a lower standard than we had paid for, we had to insist, unfortunately communication was very poor. This lack of communication made everything very difficult and frustrating. We booked one of the cottages, which are located on the roof, this resulted in us hearing road noise 24/7 Breakfast was very disappointing, we ended up only eating once at the hotel. The bathroom had no storage...

They had other options that we do not avail ourselves of. It rained everyday and it was so magical with the view of the rice fields and the tropical landscape, relaxing on our patio enjoying the sounds and smells. We also relaxed by the pool most of one day, very rejuvenating."
