"We had such a great visit at the Brahma Horizon! The staff was so pleasant and attentive, and we were greeted with the biggest smiles and fresh juice. The rooms were modern and comfortable, the outdoor area, including the pool, was very well kept and sleek. The on site restaurant served delicious food and the staff working there were very friendly and answered all of our questions.The location was close enough to all the shopping and the lake to get there easily and quickly, but far enough apart...

"The hotel is quite run-down, room was dark and dirty (bed sheets, bathroom). Very loud music from the barbecue restaurant until late in the night. Unfriendly staff at the reception. The hotel doesn't meet the standard expected from Ramada Hotels and should be booked only if there's no other alternative."

"Staff was very good.. Very caring. Packed breakfast because we had to check out early in thd morning. Called the rickshaw. Location is ideal. Walking distance. And not close. There are big crowds as you get closer to the Dargah. ( we had gone to Ajmer to visit the Dargah) "

"This hotel is superb and the staff are great. It is in a super-busy area but it blocks out outside sound well; however, there are many families that come here that like to hang out in the hallways, so if you like quietness, bring earplugs. The staff is very kind and helpful, they let me change rooms and allowed for a late check-out and watched my bags while I was waiiting for my train. Food is top-notch. Might be the best food in Ajmer. I didn't eat there until my last day and I regret it."
