"Pros: Quiet nice apartment at the end of the building. The apartment was well furnished. Microwave, fridge and only for heating up food which wasn't a problem since we ate out. Nice mattress and had a good rest. Cons: Building design seems like 20+yrs old even though built 2023. Photos in the building looks nice however from lift to apartment all open air with 1-2 steps which elderly have to be careful and internal exterior along apartments were mostly visible aircon compressor units hence the...

"Good sized one bedroom apartment with aircon, ceiling fans, a washer (must bring own detergent), a full sized fridge and hot/cold water dispenser. Booked it with mountain view but next plot of land is being developed for a mall. Not so noisy with balcony doors closed. It's located next to Lost World theme park (linked by sheltered walkway) and two fast food outlets across the road, but no local Asian eatery nearby. I'd been driving out to Bercham & elsewhere for local Asian food which was fine...

"Well-designed apartment with washing machine and self-contained kitchenette. Jacqueline who was contacting me was able to accommodate I don't possess a local account to facilitate a deposit, as specified. Her communication on e.g. retrieval of keys, check-out etc was clear and timely. "

"The building is confusing for check in and parking. The unit is nice and clean. But, no hand soap at the sinks area. No hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. No instruction for TV. No AC in the hallway, was very hot! We do like the location. "

"The various facilities are available. We love the swimming pool and jacuzzi area (except you need to bring along your own towel) which is facing such a scenic landscape view of mountains. it's also adjacent to the gym and table tennis room. There's a bbq pit area at the same floor. Last but not least, a roof top overview space. It's clean, spacious to just enjoy the view and relax. Or do even better, do your yoga. "

"Very good strategic location near to old town but 10 minutes walking distance aparted. So that hotel is quiet enough. Reception manager who looks owner family was very friendly and kind. Quick response for several requests. Strong recommendation. "

"The room was comfortable and the facilities okay. However, a couple of improvements are needed, the receptionist in charge of check-in could be friendlier to create a more welcoming atmosphere,and the bath towels provided were not clean(yellow stains and hair) which was disappointing. "

"First time staying in this hotel. Pleasant to have earlier check-in at 1.30pm. The room size is comfortable for two. The toiletries are complete; with two bath towels provided. There will be perfect if face towels are also provided. The accommodation included breakfasts and night time hot spring tickets for two. We had spent whole day at the Lost World Theme Park. We had good sleeps in the hotel room after that. However, the sporadic WIFI required improvement. It was a pleasant experience generally. Will stay again in this hotel in near future."
