The property looked nice when arrived. Sadly we were not able to check in to the property after a long trip and no instructions were provided. They have no office or staff onsite and after inquiring we found you must call them prior to coming, 24 hrs, and they will have something setup for you. After trying to get ahold of for 2 hours and having to find contact information which was not easy we finally got response next day saying waiting for us to check-in. I told them we had booked another place for night due to what I wrote previous. After that on both text and whatsapp the line went dead with no follow-up or any next steps. We also seen several other parties with same issues and standing around and finally some Chinese folks provided number they found and everyone was not happy. The fact they stopped talking next day after getting back to me, even after I followed up, shows they are not that great. The rooms might be good but who knows as trying to get checked in was no existent and no staff at all onsite. Chalk it up to lesson learned booking a condo and according to other locals this is very common for the company that runs this. I am sure they did not want to give money back and why they went silent. Given the fact they finally checked in next day mid afternoon is a joke in itself. I still have the conversations screenshot of somebody ever wants to see from Travelocity or Expedia, etc..

When we arrived we found that there is no office on-site and no way to communicate with anyone. They expected clients to reach out 48 hrs prior to let them know where to drop keys. Many customers left waiting in building outside trying to figure out how to contact and get to rooms. Upon reaching them finally on whatsapp as waited hours for reply they stopped communicating when found I got another room for first night since tired and was not going to wait around for them to get to us and many other customers. Again, not one person to help us and other renters in building and offices said this is every day for this company not to communicate and they get 10-20 people daily trying to check-in with them to only have to redirect them to company. This is my first and only bad review ever for a company. Ended up staying somewhere else when they stopped communicating next day as had no recourse.

コンドミニアムのお部屋なのでホテルより広くゆったり過ごせました。リビングルームに寝室が2つ、バスルームも2つあり快適でした。 コンドミニアムにあるジムやプールも使えるし、一階ゲートすぐ横にセブンイレブンもあり便利です。 ロケーションは、パビリオンモールやLOT10、ららポートへも歩ける距離でした。 ホテルステイも含め、今回の宿泊先をどこにしようかかなり迷って最終的にここに決めましたが、ここにして良かったと思いました。

Excellent location! The cleaning crew can do better. There was an ant infestation and multiple other bugs. NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER, I don’t understand why - our property manager, as nice as he was, didn’t give a solution or explanation.

Je déconseille fortement de séjourner dans cette hôtel déjà c'est une location faite par un particulier, de + quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre j'ai été totalement déçu, la déco est basique, le canapé est cassé et taché, le propriétaire n'a même pas nettoyé le canapé il a simplement caché les tâches du canapé en le recouvrant avec des plaids , les lits ne sont pas du tout confortable, un des deux lits était abîmé , on sentait les ressorts dans les côtes, la climatisation sentait le moisi ! On l'a signalé au propriétaire en lui disant que j'avais des allergies et que la climatisation avait un souci et que cela me gênait pour respirer , nous lui avons demandé de nous trouver une solution , et il n'a pas pris la peine de répondre à mes messages ! Alors que dès notre arrivée on a échangé les numéros de téléphone, et il nous a dit "si vous avez besoin de quoi que se soit , appelez moi" et bien ce n'est pas vrai du tout ! Il n'a pas répondu à notre réclamation mais par contre il a osé nous demander quelques jours après de lui donner les matelas que nous avions en trop dans l'appartement pour satisfaire d'autres clients alors que moi j'étais malade à cause de sa climatisation . A ce prix là vous trouverez un plus belle hôtel avec un meilleur service client sur Kuala Lumpur il y a tellement de choix. Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous allons sur KL et si je dois y retourner je ne retournerai jamais dans cette hôtel ça a été la pire expérience de notre voyage.

ホテルではなくマンションの一室をオーナーが貸し出してるようです。 それを知らず、、、駐車場の入り口のガードマンに止められ、パスポートなどを見せると、一階にある会社に連れていかれました。そこではうちでは予約入ってないと言われ、、、予約ページのスクショが日本語版だったのでそこでWi-Fiを繋いでもらい英語版を見せ、会社の方に電話をして貰いました。英語が話せないので泣きそうになりました。10分ほどでオーナーがやって来て部屋の案内をしてくれました。部屋1LDKのマンション！かなり広か贅沢な作り。部屋の掃除は入りませんが、洗濯乾燥機もありますので、毎日タオルを洗濯して使いました。キッチン、フライパン、皿など生活用品は全て揃ってます。マンションの下にはセブンイレブンやレストラン、スーパーがあり、便利です。プールは50メートル弱あり、最高です。また泊まりたいです。プラザラヤット駅までは5分弱。駅の入り口がわかりにくいです。目の前が大きなホテルの廃墟？みたいな感じ、駅までの道に浮浪者が沢山いました。他の駅はすごく綺麗な中、薄暗くて少し怖い雰囲気です。
