To improve on cleanliness Staff manning the counter to be proactive (make a to-do list etc.) to provide promised services such as clean towels and parking fee waiver without customers having to remind/ask.

What I didn't like is the TV channels are the worst I've come across. Everything is local boring and worst rated shows. Bathroom shower leaking Didn't do pest control can notice small black Roche's running around.

Was requested for non smoking room But the room given was having terrible cigarette smokes smell The tv turn blue and nothing can be done to fix it. We want to watch aff match that’s why tv is important! The water cooler not functioning at the level 3

Disastrous Failure
Terrible. Pay for Deluxe Window Room but they give Deluxe No Window Room. Cannot open even google.com on their WIFI. Smelly passageway. No water boiler. ACU controller and TV controller not functioning. Must pay RM3 to get out from parking lot.

Good hotel :)
The hotel offers a very affordable rate. Rooms are okay and staff are nice. Very accessible with bus/taxi stop in front. Provides parking space. Adjacent medical center (KJMC) and walking distance to a mall (Paradigm Mall).

Easy transport from Pekeliling by LRT to Kelana Jaya, Rapid780 to the hotel. Close to Linclon University our meeting place. Indian Coffeeshop next door.

not so bad
everything was not bad in this price. the clerks were kind but some of them couldn't speak English well. the room was neat except the dust in the air-cond and the lamp.

I was in kelana jaya, for the working, so i have 3night in this hotel, so, so, hotel, but nice and kind staff is good, the restarunt near this hotel is so good.

不好的酒店
设施差,卫生差,只适合过客或住一晚,价格很贵,不适合推荐,设施很差,旧沉,卫生很一般,随便收拾下,一进去就一大股烟味,而我们订的是非吸烟房,不推荐,除非为了方便坐车,赶路。

Good overall stay
I stayed for a week as my business is nearby. Hotel is situated near bus station and walking distance from a mall, which is great! There are 24-hr food stalls around the area, which is convenient. The room is comfortable and affordable. Will definitely stay again every time I'm near Kelana Kaya.

The hotel should give parking for free no mater how many time the guest exit as that is the only parking we have to get to the hotel.

For The Parking, do pardon us for not able to provide it for free as this parking facilities is owned and operate by other company. However, hotel has made a deal with parking operator to charge only rm3/whole day. This is special for hotel guest only and please refers to our front desk for assist on this matter. rude check in staff
a very mediocre place to stay with a slightly high price for the condition. i choose to stay here at the stop over in KL before my flight home purely for a nostalgic reason. i used to stay for a year in that area. if you are on a "normal holiday" in KL you have no reason to stay in this area at all. the staff on duty for our check in is not cut out for the service industry at all. she work very slow and give attitude. on our way out i ask her for the wifi password. she was talking with a friend (not a guest) and her friend saw me wanting to talk to her and kinda back off and let me ask my question, she keep on talking to her friend and ignore me, i ask anyway and she just point to the piece of paper taped to the table top of the counter, without even looking at me! the wall in the room has stain all over it and the corner under the table is very dusty, doesnt looks like it has been clean for sometimes. and the tv being screw into the wall and are quite high are not adjustable. the angle when you are lying down are very bad to get a good viewing of the tv

Worth your money! One bust-stop away from Kelana Jaya LRT. Basics are there with good air-cond units, tv (although limited remote controls) and a cupboard to hang clothes.

Nice and clean hotel with friendly staff
The hotel is very good located between some of the important tourist attractions. There is a bus stop near the hotel and the LRT train station is just 15 min to walk. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and they have air condition and a fan. No breakfast included but there are a lot of good and cheap restaurants nearby where you can have a good meal. There are also a cornershop and a 711 nearby.
