Good Value for the money. Right at the gate to the Chinatown market. Nice bath/shower, clean and well kept room, good comfortable bed. Fairly quiet for the central location. The place seems a bit older but inside the room was a very good tidy unit. Would recommend for overnight or several days.
In front is Chinatown KL, petaling street market , so no problem to find hawker food around , wanton noodles, and lot of food options in . MRT Pasar Seni just in hundred meters walking distance. Food price is comparable to Singapore price tag.
My first check-in day hotel management didn't give me a room and shoo me away by saying come at 3pm despite that i booked hotel from one previous day and arrived early morning. I assume they sold me a room which was not available in their system (or sold to someone else) and they kept me waiting until 3pm even i paid for that day in advance. Later hotel manager gave me a hand amended receipt stating one day late check-in and advised me to speak to Expedia for one day refund. Management kept my language at my request as only greatest favour they offered me.
Overall its terrible place to stay. My room AC didn't work and hairdryer was broken for 6 days. Each day management assured to fix but only promises. There were human hair in washroom and stains on bed sheets and pillow covers. Homeless guys were sitting on hotel stairs from evening to all night making you feel unsafe and comfortable specially to women. Only hotel location is at great place.
This hotel is filthy and poorly managed. The lobby, elevators, hallways, and room smelled bad and were dirty. The mattress was completely worn out and offered no support. Towels, pillows, and bedsheets were dirty and unacceptable.
There is absolutely no soundproofing. Noise from the air conditioning, neighboring rooms, street traffic, and motorcycles continued all night until 4 am. Children were running and screaming in the hallways, and guests in the room above were rolling suitcases until 4 am, making sleep impossible.
On top of this, the hotel demanded a MYR 50 cash deposit.
Property is a bit run down with stain marks on the room carpet and corridors. Booked the quad room without windows as this was last minute booking for overnight stay for a group of 4 in KL. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Previous reviews about this room should be considered with extreme caution.
We were check-in ok. The staff was extremely friendly. The security guard even opens the door for us. In the beginning, it was fine. The hallway is a bit smelly, but the room is really good. However, later that night (around 10pm), there was a lot of smoke and it smells like exhaust smoke from a truck :(
Also, there were no toiletries in the toilet (ie. no toothbrush, etc...).
The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. But I did get a bug bite on my chest. Just put on your cloth while sleeping and you should be fine.
Overall, it was a good stay.
Horrivel, o hotel fede. No ultimo andar do hotel tem uma quadra de jogo bamington, então a bagunça é geral , criançada que não deixa o elevador livre. Um hotel exclusivamente para asiáticos. O bairro chino é sujo e cheira mal. Os quartos não tem frigobar.
We stayed for 2 nights in quad deluxe room for families. The room has no window, the water hose in toilet was leaking, no coffee/tea making facilities, no parking provided for hotel guest, we pay rm10 for parking.
