建物自体は料金以上に良かった。 以下の対応状況から、（OYOによる）管理状況には改善の必要があるように感じた。 ・予約連絡メールの連絡先（電話番号）が更新されてなく、夜中の現地到着時に連絡が取れなく非常に心細い思いをした。 ・入室時からの不具合（照明が点かない／トイレットペーパが無い／洗濯機が動かない etc.）への対応に、「すぐに行きます！」との回答をするだけで結局２日間も対応してもらえなかった。 ・案内された部屋が予約ルームと違っていて、数日後に急遽別の部屋に移動させられた。
