Room amenities need improvements

Very good location for transports, food & shopping. Room amenities need some improvements. The bedsheet looks old and torn. Shower in the bathroom was not working.

Very disappointing - photos are way out of date.

Hotel is in an excellent location next to KL Sentral train station but this was a really disappointing stay. You must give a 100 Ringitt cash deposit on arrival which sets the tone. The photos must be years and years out of date as the room was tired and a little depressing. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is on the noisy side, not much soundproofing and doors banging shut constantly. Towels had reached the end of their life and one had holes. Hairdryer was very good. The worst part of the stay was that the shower was not working properly but at 6am and due to go to the airport there was not much I could do about it.

KLセントラルから徒歩数分の好立地。 部屋も十分に広く掃除もキチンとされていました。 シャワーはバスタブ無しですが、固定タイプでは無いのがありがたい。 窓ありの部屋を選択しましたが、窓はメインストリート側のみ。多分他の部屋は窓無しだと思います。 遮音性が低いので外部の雑音が気になる人には不向きです。 また次回訪問時にも利用したいホテルです。

チェックイン時にデポジット100RM取られます。問題なければチェックアウト時返金されます。 客室のオートロックを解除するのにカードをタップして10秒待機する動作を3回実行する必要があります。意味不明です。 客室には冷蔵庫がありません。フロントで冷やした水を売っていますが、外で買うより割高です。 エアコンに適合しないリモコンが置いてあったので、正しいリモコンに変えてもらいました。 シャワーヘッドの高さを変える装置が滑ってしまい固定できません。 バスマットとバスタオルだけが備え付けで、フェイスタオルはありません。 KLセントラル駅前という立地は素晴らしい！上記の欠点が気にならない人にはこのホテルをオススメします。
