The location is the best festure of this hotel. It is close to the Dataran so if you are attending an event at or nearby this should be the place to stay.

Exceptional staff in terms of friendliness, helpfulness, cheerfulness and capability. In particular, Ann and Omar. Thanks for everything! Hotel is very centrally located within Kuala Lumpur. Short walk to Chinatown, where most restaurants are open till at least midnight. A very safe city and neighbourhood. A few homeless people in the area, but that is all over Kuala Lumpur. I would stay here again!

I had been eying tis hotel for some time but because of the Covid I had to put off any travel for some time. I particularly like the location. I'm glad I finally got to stay here. I had a corner room on the 6th floor away from the lift so there was no exterior noise. The room had muzad piped in which I requested the reception to turn off. The was small but it not a problem as I was alone. It was nicely furnished. There was a water heater and tea and coffee sachets as well as two small pieces if choclolate. There were also two small bottles of water which can be refilled at a water dispenser in the lobby..A small safe but I missed a refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and there were toothbrushes with toothpaste. There was also rwo small tubes of shampoo and bodywash. All the chrome surfaces were wiped clean of fingerprints and smudges.

Everything is ok condition of hotel and nearly masjid jamek central market behind hotel but one thing of hotel doesn't have refrigerator if you need to keep your food to eat another next day staff of hotel friendly easy to be talking and asking

Room is okay. the location is perfect.

There was a used tissue on the floor when I checked in. The toilet seater was broken. The room I stayed is without windows so it's a little bit smelly and humid. The location is very good. The metro station is 5-10 mins away.
