"There was a wedding going on with very inconsiderate people using the elevators on floor 4 and 5 just going up and down also a lot of noise while trying to sleep for a 5 am flight at the airport. Do not plan on staying again at that price"

The location was very convenient with access to major highways, the Port Columbus airport and hotel shuttle service for the airport (which I did not need or use but helpful for those who would need that). "The communication is TOO good. I received well over a dozen texts or emails during my 2 day stay and it was excessive. It was a large house, and just me on a business trip, but would be great for a family. Very well equipped"

"I've stayed at this property before because it's quiet, clean and has a good breakfast. I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for."
