"I've stayed at this generally friendly hotel several times for business and would be happy to return. No-nonsense but usually quiet and comfortable despite being in need of a refurb. Alarmingly, this time hotel could not find my booking (I had cancelled and rebooked straight away after a glitch) but did find me a room. There was also confusion about the bill for restaurant meals (two colleagues' meals were charged to my room despite each giving their room number) which fortunately was resolved...
